Ageless Fitness Mind-Body Matwork set inspired by the teachings of Joseph Pilates. Consists of three progressively challenging videos. Modified 1 introduces basic moves. A foundation-building approach focusing on performing the exercises with precision and control. Progressive 2 builds on level 1 by adding more challenging variations and new exercises. Breathing and concentration is further emphasized as you focus on form, control, and quality of movement. Power 3 will help you develop greater strength, flexibility, and core control through added exercises, increased tempo and complexity of choreography. This efficient and dynamic workout provides the challenge as you progress to an advanced level of total mind-body fitness. Music from the Chakras is quiet and enhances the mind-body connection. Exercise band demonstrations are provided as variations to many of the movements.
